Frequently Asked Questions

How are export consulting fees structured?
Two models: fixed project fee (for defined work like market feasibility or buyer discovery) or revenue-based commission (2-5%, with ongoing operational support). The first consultation and preliminary assessment are always free.
How are you different from consulting firms?
We are not consultants — we are a company that has actively traded for 20 years. Every method we recommend, we apply in our own operations; our buyer network, customs experience and logistics infrastructure come from the field, not theory.
I am a small manufacturer — am I export-ready?
General criteria: 1-2 years of stable domestic production, sustainable monthly capacity surplus and a competitive FOB price. Our preliminary assessment reports your position on these three axes — and if you are not ready, we tell you exactly what is missing.
How long until my first export shipment?
Typical timeline: 2-4 weeks market feasibility, 4-8 weeks buyer discovery and sampling, 2-4 weeks contract and payment setup. Most clients make their first shipment within 3-6 months.
